- The founder arrived with her logo and mark; the site had to honor an identity that already existed
- Full storefront: shop, collections, cart, checkout, and the Tableaux portrait series
Earlier builds and design options for the site. The brand's assets have since evolved into what's live today — but this is where it started.

Final Artifact
A live Shopify storefront at rekiaandjosephine.com: product-forward pages, collections, checkout, and the Tableaux series that lets the pieces breathe.
Key Design Moments & Impact
Three directions before one
Dark Chocolate & Gold, a hand-painted logotype, and a full-bleed portrait build were designed, tested, and set aside as the brand's assets evolved.
Type that disappears like the filament
Quiet typography keeps every eye on the pearls and the hair they float across.
Commerce without noise
The shop reads like a portrait gallery first and a checkout second, in that order on purpose.
Reflection
The discipline was restraint. When an identity already exists, the win is building it a home it recognizes. The site feels like the brand because it never tries to outshine it.
