WHY AN OCTOPUS
The Claude Code livestream was on while I worked. All these tasks running at once. And I thought: if I had a mascot, what would it be? Octopus. Immediately.
I was watching the Claude Code livestream on YouTube. Not really watching. It was just on while I worked. But something about it stuck with me. All these tasks running at once, music going, this weirdly calm rhythm to the whole thing.
And I thought, okay. If I had a mascot, what would it be?
Octopus. Immediately. I've always loved them.
It just made sense. I work the same way. Eight things open at once. Branding here, packaging there, a website, a campaign, a production file due Friday. And an octopus has no bones. It squeezes through anything and still comes out itself. That's basically the studio.
Then I realized my brand color was already purple. And an octopus turns deep purple when it's paying attention. So that was it. I didn't have to force it. It already matched.
I started building it that same night.

Next up: stickers, tees, packing tape, hangtags. I want it on things people can actually hold.
